They have earned the nationally recognized designations of GRI and CRS. Tom and Ginger are members of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and are active members of the Tampa Community.

Ginger and Tom have been repeatedly recognized for excellence in service with awards such as Chairman’s Club and Circle of Excellence. They have been acknowledged as a Top Producing Team in Buyer Controlled Sales, Listings Taken, Listings Sold, Open Volume and Total Gross Sales in all years from 1993 to present. They are Inland Homes Preferred Realtors. Ginger is a Floyd Wickman Sweathogs graduate, earning Top Overall Producer and Top Listing and Selling Agent honors in the 1995 class.

Ginger and Tom were both born in Louisiana and are graduates of Louisiana State University, Ginger with Management and Psychology degrees and Tom with an Accounting degree. Tom, Ginger, and their daughter Lisa relocated to Tampa in 1990. Ginger and Tom are two of the three founders of Tampa’s Corvette Club, Sun ‘n Fun Vettes, and are members of the Harley Owners Group. They both enjoy driving their classic Corvette and riding their Harley Davidsons.
